This is the best repair shop I've ever been to. I needed my car back by a specific date, and it was a relatively short turn around, but they worked hard to expedite my repair at no addition cost and got it back to me a whole day before I needed it. Can't emphasize enough how satisfied I was. Irving handled my repairs, he did an amazing job and kept me in the loop the whole time. Also, they give you a free shuttle ride anywhere in town from the repair shop when you drop off your car. Amazing place, couldn't recommend it more.

I've never had a more satisfying experience with auto repair. The service was prompt and professional. B&B was very clear and concise with their estimating. I found them easy to work with financially and scheduling. The work was clean and looks better than new. They even saved me money when they didn't need to do some of the work! The only problem I experienced was with the recalibration of the car sensor (which I believe was done by a subcontractor). Very happy and would recommend B&B in a hearbeat!

Took my BMW in after someone in a parkinglot hit my car. The estimator Irving really took care of my car and the whole process was smooth. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend him to write up your estimates really professional and great service

We had our brand new vehicle repaired at B&B Collision Repair and couldn't be more satisfied. Patrick and Mathew were very professional and explained what was going to take place. We were informed when the parts were ordered and had an appointment for the repair to be carried out. The repair time was much quicker than expected which was great. Hopefully we will not be needing their services again but if so, they will definetly be the business that we will use.

B&B did an excellent job with significant repairs to the front end. Parts were a bit difficult to come by but they managed to get it done on time. And they managed work with the insurance company as well, which was very helpful to me.

Had some paint warranty work done by B and B Auto Body through San Luis Obispo Hyundai. The vehicle was returned to me and initially the work seemed good. However, when washing the vehicle 2 weeks later(held off washing car due to new paint) and discovered that the left pillar molding for the windshield was missing. The estimate clearly indicated that they were to remove and install that molding for painting. Well, they removed it but appears it was never reinstalled. When contacted they refused to accept any responsibility and said maybe it was stolen or I removed it. Really! Watch this shop and inspect all aspects of their work.
