Went to pay my bill as always. They were closed for 2 days in a row, supposedly staffing issue. Couldn't do an automatic payment, too complicated for me unlike PGE, garbage , phone and all other services.
Beside very expensive sewer and water.
Someone is making a lot of money behind.

These ppl are foul with the way they run their policies that are designed to dehumanize the home owners who pay their salaries, by charging outrageous amounts of money for the sewer and water in this town !
And when you cant afford to pay the 375.00 dollar water bill they shut ur water off knowing ur family needs to have water to have just the basic hygiene and health and safety by being able to flush the toilets and take a shower and they could care less wut ur family has to go through by having no water ! If they have a problem with non payment then all they have to do is file a lien on the property which guarantees they will get their money, but no they would rather make you suffer by shutting ur water off and humiliate ur family to the maximum level and then charge you all kinds of penalties and more fees that only doubles the 375.00 dollars that they are already ripping you off just to have basic water ! They should be ashamed of how they treat the home owners of this city !
