So my tiny terror decided it would be a good idea to flush a toy down my toilet. They sent Dylan out. He was really awesome. He explained everything to us. Let us know what we needed to do. Gave us a quote. He was really nice and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen sink backup over the holidays, and the company sent someone out right away! Dylan, the plumber, came to the rescue and did an outstanding job. He was not only highly skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and honest. He used a heavy-duty snake/auger to clear the clog, and everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend their services! Dylan was top-notch! ?

I have a toilet that would not stop running and also have their once a year check.
I called them yesterday to ask for someone to repair the toilet and preferred today over yesterday.
Tanner had to rebuild the toilet; did the whole house testing. I love the peace of mind of getting the hot water tank flushed out yearly, and Tanner is a great plumber!

You asked for it so here it is. The repair person, Dylan, was prompt , courteous and friendly. A defective Moen cartridge was successfully changed. The bill was for 362.00. Since then I have determined the part is about a 20- 30.00 item. This is an excessive charge for no more work than was required for the repair. You won't t be back here. I do not recommend this business due to excessive charges.
