Cory was cordial and knowledgeable. He got the job done very quickly. The only reason for the 4 stars is that Benjamin Franklin told us the plumber would be arriving in the morning. When he arrived it was almost 6:30pm. Also, the cost for unclogging our toilet was $254.66! Their $88 non-refundable service call fee (for coming out to look at the problem) is not applied to the repair cost.

Water heater started leaking from the base and needed to be replaced. Benjamin Franklin plumbing was quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Customer service was top notch and we were able to get the water heater replaced through a manufacturer warranty. Price was on the higher side for labor plus they charge a 3% service charge for paying with a card but workmanship was great and overall I’m happy with the results. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This is absolutely the worst company to call. My normal serviceman was on vacation, but before he left explained what my water heater needed and what it would take to replace it. I called Ben Franklin and paid extra for the guaranteed time for their visit. I already had the part that needed to be replaced, and after being in my home for 5 minutes the tech told me it would be $500 plus the $110 for the service call. For a ten minute job!!! NEVER EVER CALL BEN FRANKLIN, I can’t even imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. If I could give a negative star rating I would. ZERO STARS!!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Getting same day service was so nice! Randy explained options to repair the problem and gave me prices for those options. The work was done in a speedy, professional manner. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Told me in advance what to possibly expect and it was right. Only 1 thing was wrong and he fixed it without trying to take advantage of someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing. He could have, but was honest. THANK YOU!!!
