Lost both key fobs to a Lexus ES350. Was told by Lexus it would have to be towed there and also provided a very expensive price quote. Bettendorf Locks saved the day! Fast, friendly, reliable and the price was great! 2 keys cut and fobs programmed without issue. Would highly recommend!

Tech came out to repair my Mom's deadbolt. Charged $110 and did not fix it. Tech said he had to do research on the lock since it's an old model. Cashed her check and never heard back. receptionist was rude and of no help at all. Bad business.
Ended up having J&J Access come out and fix the problem. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Stay away from unprofessional and rude service of Bettendorf N&S.

They are amazing and very helpful! Lisa was so nice and really came in clutch for me! I needed a new key fob. I ordered through thm on a holiday weekend at tht! With so much to do I really didn’t want to miss my sons first football game not to mention my twins had and appt out of town the next day, but Lisa fit me in the schedule right away so now I dnt have to rent a car! I couldn’t thank her enough! Absolutely awesome sweet people! 10/10 would use them again!
