Beverly Air Conditioning & Heating recently accomplished a total furnace repair at our residence. There was a tricky situation due to the previous units being positioned too close to the outer walls of our property. They ingeniously solved this by switching to side discharge condensing units instead of the usual top discharge condensers. On the day of the repair, a team of four - Barry, Nathaniel, and two others - arrived to carry out the task. These guys are incredibly friendly, professional, tidy and organized - a real coordinated team. We're over the moon with our new heating system. Saying that I highly recommend this team for furnace repair would be an understatement. You can trust them completely.

My recent interaction with Beverly Air Conditioning & Heating was a pleasing one. Barry came to service my furnace and he was both courteous and enlightening. It's refreshing to see young individuals involved in furnace repair services. I did have a concern about why the faceplate wasn't removed to clean the heat exchanger coils. I brought this up with Barry and he clarified that removing the faceplate could potentially cause damage and might not reseal properly, which could lead to a CO2 leak. A previous technician had indeed removed it and cleaned the coils along with any accumulated debris. I appreciate Barry and I'm confident he's performing his job as per his training. However, I would appreciate some insight on whether the faceplate should be taken off, and if the heat exchanger should be wire brushed again. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received, I just need a little more information.

Barry sets a new standard for professionalism and excellence in AC repair and related services. We recently had our old systems on our main floor zones replaced by Beverly Air Conditioning & Heating. The entire task was accomplished within a day, leaving the indoor (furnace) and outdoor (compressor) areas neat and tidy. The meticulous attention to detail was clear throughout the installation process, which also included moving a few existing overflow pipes. i'm super pleased with the heater repair service i got. such fantastic folks. from barry working the desk, to nathaniel who came out to my place in beverly hills. we had a bunch of other heater repair services tell us we needed a new furnace. nathaniel took a look at our furnace, mentioned it was only a loose wire and in no time, after a week of freezing with two young children, we had our heat back.
