I used Bill's to fix a lock at work. They were very communicative when it came to the price and scheduling the service. When the technicians came out they explained in detail what had happened and how they could address the problem. As a person not in this industry, not knowing terms, I felt very informed. To set the scene, one of my parents suddenly died, so, without notice or planning, we needed to clear our surviving & aged & infirm parent out of their home nestled among the redwoods & nearly without cell service (a remote location between Santa Rosa & the coast).

Anyway, I had the challenge of opening a floor safe as part of the clear-out process — one with which I had zero familiarity.

I was also on-the-clock to wrap-up the clearing-out in order to make it back to Santa Cruz County by day’s end with my surviving parent for beginning the next chapter there.

So, I called Bill’s Lock & Safe Service and began a series of landline calls & texts with Aaron & Austin to exchange intelligence about an obscure Sentry 1230.

After roughly a half-dozen attempts to gain access by process of sequencing elimination, these guys guided me, facilitated my focus by having me count-out tumbler revolutions, etc., & most importantly, they served as encouraging voices that didn’t give up, nor — moreover — did they ever give up on me.

Candidly, never has the click of a vault bolt retraction ever sounded so good to this legit safecracker. Aaron & Austin, my hat’s off to you, gentlemen, for your unwavering expertise & guidance.

For $20, and in only 10 minutes, Martin and Jesus were able to grind off my Kryptonite U-lock that was locked under my bike seat. They were really fast, super friendly, and really professional. I will go there in the future for anything else I can give them business for.
