And the Boss is the one who came out and "ran" the other buyer off. Top notch. PS... it looked like a body shop I'll visit again. Good ones are becoming very rare.

Unfortunately I’ve had the pleasure of taking my car to be repaired 4 different occasions in the last 3 years. Each time I feel like family with the level of care and attention! They are very old fashioned with their policy of doing things the right way the first time!! Won’t use anyone else!

Mr. Andrews is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with. If you value your time and your vehicle, take your business somewhere else.

I scheduled an appointment with them, and waited around a months for that appointment. On the day when I dropped off my car at their bodyshop, Mr. Andrews called me after an hour and asked me to come back and pick up my car, they won't be able to work on it in at least another month!!!

Joke of a shop had a estimate done on my truck that had frame damage owner was doing the estimate. I ask about the repairs vs replacement he stopped what he was doing and said he would have a quote ready for insurance when they needed it. I called and ask about it he would not speak with me was told by a guy at the shop they were busy and would be 3 months or longer before they could do a estimate. And this is to a customer that has had multiple cars and trucks repaired at his shop

Billy's Paint and Body is the #1 place to have your repairs performed in Tuscaloosa. They were thorough and fair. I couldn't tell that I had been in an accident. I had an issue with a new light installed and they replaced it without question. I would recommend this company to everyone.
