Can't say enough great things about this team and our experience. When my family walked into the office, it was warm and inviting, not similar to my previous experience in therapy offices. It made it easier for my son to feel comfortable and open up. His therapist took him outside and tossed the football around to break up what could be an intimidating office session talking to a stranger. Loved the creativity and getting him to go back each week is easy. He's found his safe space.

The team is professional while also kind and personable, striking the perfect balance between expertise and approachability. It's clear they care about their clients and go above and beyond. I highly recommend Blackhawk Family.

Beware. These clinicians treat their patients and families as commodities. Many clinicians aren't supervised or board certified. They pushed ABA despite our candor against it, and when we asked to speak with a clinical director to complain no action no follow up at all. We finally pulled our vulnerable child out and will file formal complaints. This team (clinical and administrative) is untrustworthy!
