I needed them to move my 1973 Jeep the other day and they were on time perfectly. They did an excellent job I really appreciate their hard work. I recommend them and give them five stars every time. The price was excellent also great deal.

After being let down by AAA, I called Blackmon's Body Shop (and Towing) to come to Midland City with their flatbed and pick up our Tesla. The ladies in the office staff were helpful and quickly dispatched Jimmy to our location. He arrived in record time (I barely had time to take some pictures of our beautiful location). If you have AAA and are local, you would do well to bypass AAA and call Blackmon's ... they'll have your back!

The mechanics are wonderful; attentive, understanding, etc.

The woman who works the phone & front desk is not. She is the reason I bring down to 2 stars. She is rude, condescending, and harsh. Her communication was terrible.

Because of her, I would not recommend the shop, nor go back.

Wish the lady would have said she didn’t want to give me a quote instead of wasting my time and acting interested. I tried calling the shop to follow up on it and see if the quote was ready but no answer. I had to get a babysitter just to come up there, I appreciate that.

I said I wasn’t worried about minor cosmetics like paint in some places. She told me that for DOT to approve the inspection to get my salvage title switched to a rebuilt I would have to fix every single tiny scratch. Not true but I can see why you would say that. I guess it doesn’t matter because you don’t want my business anyway.
