Come out a few minutes after his office was called and give us an estimate of $1000. to install to gas lines in the basement. He came out that Monday morning and got right to work. He installed the lines, drilled holes in floor and installed both stoves, no leaks, both stoves are heating beautifully and to be honest couldnt be happer. Although the total price came out to be 500 more than quoted that was ok because the quoated price was to install gass lines only. We are more than happy with his job, professionalism and getting the job done in the coldest weather of the year. He saved us a lot of money in the long run from us to have to fix frozen if not busted pipes. For this I am greatful and will be using this company in the Spring when we can start our other projects.

I have used Bowen Plumbing twice at my house, but this review is for the service they provided for my elderly father at his home. I called on Monday morning to request service. I was told they could be there around 2pm. That was great and better than I had expected. Then they went above and beyond and showed up at 11 am. Helped my dad find his leak and was very reasonable with pricing. I cannot say enough good about this company and how they conduct business. If you need a plumber I would look no further! Thank you so much Mr. Bowen!

Dave Bowen recently installed two new toilets, two lavatory faucets, one kitchen sink and disposal. We have remodeled several homes and are high maintenance clients. Dave is unquestionably the best plumber we have worked with. He is customer focused, highly knowledgeable and always on time. I would highly recommend him!

FANTASTIC experience with David and Bowen Plumbing. I called David at 1: 37pm. It is now 2:06pm and not only was he able to take my call, stop by my home (just so happened he was near by), diagnose my hot water heater's issues, he was had the part available and installed the new heating element. Within 30 MINUTES, I have hot water again! He was friendly, offered great advice, and very quick. This was my first time using Bowen Plumbing, but it will certainly not be my last. I highly recommend this company.

I would have given a 0 but the ratings wouldn't let me. I should have gotten a written estimate prior to them doing the work as advertised on the website. I did not. My fault. I had a problem with my kitchen sink that when you turned on the hot water function, the hot water just spurted out of the faucet. I called Bowen to fix the problem. He showed up with an assistant and because I had an instant water heater in the sink operation, they couldn't figure out what the problem was and said they would have to do more research. I did my own research and found I merely needed to replace the hot water valve under the sink. I did so and it corrected the problem except that I had a very slow drip from the hot water heater under the sink. Bowen came back today with the same young man to fix the slow drip. They were here for about 45 minutes and added a brass compression fitting to the hot water heater which corrected the slow drip. I thought I was looking at a service call price plus the part (approximately $10) which should have been less than $100. To my shock, when they finished I asked what did I owe him and he replied usually it would have been $255 but he would only charge me $240. Are you kidding me? What a rip off. I wrote him a check but I will NEVER do business with this business again. BEWARE and make sure if you elect to work with this thief in my opinion, you get the written estimate they advertise before hiring them. I suppose they think they can rob people in the village because of the unaware elderly population. I guess I just confirmed that.

While he was very responsive and came to my house soon after I called, he never told me his going rate. After the no more than 10 minute job of unclogging my bath tub, he told me it would be $135. Completely outrageous. He would not budge on price at all.

I am a recent widow on a tight budget. I have used Bowen Plumbing and have been so satisfied with his work and prices because it means a lot to me. He does good work and is up front with the price and what is the problem is.
