Met my contractor at BBM today, Monday at 9 a.m. The parking lot was already full! They have a nice variety of stones and pavers to see as examples in the parking lot across from the entrance of their building. For my contractor, this place as a very large inventory and great pricing! I'm at the beginning stages of designing both my front and back yards, as well as the side yard and driveway. It was fairly easy to order paver samples, and they even have complementary catalogs from different brands. Waiting in line was short, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They set up the invoice for my samples, I paid, and then picked them up around the corner. There are people driving forklifts are fulfilling the orders, and they will instruct you to pull your vehicle to the right of the driveway and will help load it for you should you need. Very easy process, especially when you're there with your contractor!

I'm very dissatisfied with the way they work their deliveries. I placed my order for my pavers a week ago ( Aug 28th) to be delivered on Friday Sept 2 between 12pm an 4pm, they showed up at my house at 725am without a prior phone call telling me it was being delivered earlier. I was at another Jon site 45 min away. They didn't want to reliever it in the afternoon as what was promised when I placed the order. They said they could deliver it on tue the 6th, which totally blows my plans for the 3 day weekend. We ended up canceling the order. Guess they are doing so well that they don't need the business or my future contracting business. Once again, thanks for blowing up my 3 day weekend!! Incompetence at its finest...

Good selections nice displays to see what building materials will look like. Delivery did an excellent job of placing materials where I needed them. Had one error on delivery. Miscommunication- not their fault nor ours. They quickly corrected the error
with no extra charge. Staff knowledgeable and answered questions well. Would recommend them to others and I would be a repeat customer.

Worst customer service ever! I came in as a happy customer then left with the worst experience. Jim who works at the front desk was very impolite from the start. He was aggravated the whole time we spoke about a paver I needed. He continued to interrupt when we asked him about the inventory and style of pavers we wanted to go for. Then when I showed him a picture of the tile I wanted, he did not want to help and said “Never” then we asked him what he means by that he responded with “This is frustrating cause there so much tiles to choose from and I can’t tell what your looking for by a picture” then when I asked another representative for help or assistance because Jim confirmed that he was too frustrated to help, the rest of the workers looked just ignored us. I felt embarrassed and belittled that I had to leave. He lost 5K in sales just because he admitted that he was frustrated.
