Es un disorder yegas y tu habitation no esta lista benimos un Grupo y para dos parejas k. Son 2 habitations no estaban listas despues de 2 horas de espera nos entregaron las habitations estan muy desordenados

Loved it!!! Truly one of the best little vacations I’ve had in a while. The waterpark was perfect for my 2 year old daughter who loved the kiddie pool/area. Water in all areas was a little cold, but otherwise great. Rooms were good, service was great, would stay again. Arcade was smaller than it looked on website but just the same— we enjoyed it as a family.

The hotel is amazing! The waterpark is great! The view is incredible! The front desk lady is the absolute worst!!!! She keeps people waiting in line for an extremely long time without even acknowledging their presence while she takes reservations that apparently take 20 minutes a piece. Then when she’s finally off the phone she barely acknowledges your presence. You would think with all the money they spend on the hotel that they would spend a little extra for extra help.

The hotel has the loudest floors of any place I’ve ever stated. Every footstep could be heard from above and below. The thermostat wasn’t working on the heater we told this to the front desk clerk and they said they wouldn’t get it fixed, they didn’t even ask for our room number. We called weeks ahead of time and asked for a top floor room. When we got there on a Thursday afternoon the place had hardly anyone staying there and we were told all rooms had been assigned and we counts get a top floor room.

Came over from Sioux Falls in for a weekend Feb 2025. Came with 4 and 5 yo girls. Super easy to get to and the perfect distance for a short family getaway.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone come here in the winter. The water park was freezing and very small. There is no pool for little kids to swim in and not enough tables. The water was so heavily chlorinated that my skin was itching like crazy after swimming.

Luckily the rooms were decent because we spent a lot of time in it. Some complaints are some cleanliness issues and the fact that the walls and floors were very thin. Super tough for little kids to go to sleep with footsteps going until 10-11 at night. I also didn’t know that smoking was allowed in this hotel. Our neighbors stunk up our room and the hallway.

Beds are comfy, shower pressure and temp were decent.

The arcade was very nice. Expensive but everything was functional.

We had an overnight stay here last weekend. I searched in the area for rooms with a separate bedroom and was lucky to find Bridges Bay. The price was fabulous! Having that said our suite opened to our bedroom. There were three of us and the bathroom was in our bedroom. To get in and out of the room or to get to the bathroom you had to go through the bedroom. No fun for the person/people staying on the pull out in the living room. The pool was also closed. It's only open Friday-Sunday I guess. We peeked in and were immediately met by a bunch of young eyes and voices saying we're close we're closed. They were nice and seemed to be having fun. This is on the water which makes for an amazing view waking up. The other side is a field and a trailer park. Woke up to water on one side and deer on the other. I would recommend it here during down time for the price. I have no idea what it's like in the on season.

Avoid Bridges Bay – Not Worth It

I had a terrible experience at Bridges Bay. The staff are shockingly incompetent—one girl even handed me a flyer with a booger on it. The key cards never work, and the machines to fix them are always down.

The pool is freezing cold—to the point where it feels unsafe—and they never have towels available. Pool floats are scarce, and most are deflated or unusable. The ceiling in the pool area is covered in mold, which is disgusting. Given the pool’s troubling history, you’d think they would invest more time, care, and resources into making it a safe, welcoming space, but they clearly haven’t.

Also, be cautious when booking a room—not all rooms are in the same building as the pool. In winter months, you’ll have to walk outside to access it, and this isn’t made clear during the booking process.

Management is practically nonexistent, even during busy times like weekends. The manager doesn’t respond to emails or address concerns, and there’s no effort to resolve issues. The rooms aren’t worth the price, the staff are unhelpful, and the place is a joke. Don’t waste your money or time here.
