I had high expectations for this body shop based on the reviews, but Brown Brothers actually exceeded my expectations. Their process for receiving an estimate was quick and easy while the actual repair makes my car look better than when I bought it. Brown Brothers even went out of their way to buff a scratch I had that wasn’t part of the original estimate. Wow! Highly recommend.

Brown Brothers Auto Body is hands-down the best auto body shop in town! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and respect, and that level of customer care carried throughout the entire process. The team at Brown Brothers is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely honorable—they take pride in their work, and it shows.

Years ago, I got in an accident and they went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired perfectly.

And since I had such a great experience back then, today, I took my cracked key fob in and they replaced and repaired it on the spot as if it were brand new!
The quality of their work is simply unmatched!

Brown Brothers Auto Body are TOP NOTCH!

Simply put, the nicest and most professional and customer care service I've ever experienced.

I had a misaligned trunk and the entire staff went out of their busy way to help me and fix the issue... for $0! They wouldn't even accept a tip! To quote the manager Sean: "We like to help others." It's apparently true.

What comes around will come around, and if I need to, I'll come around there again!

Getting in an accident is no fun. Dealing with insurance is no fun. Dealing with rental cars and all the other things that come with a broken car is not fun. But Brown Brothers is super easy and very pleasant to work with. Sean kept me informed every step of the way and the car looks better than it did before the accident. Not that I plan on it, but if I ever get in another wreck I’ll be seeing Brown Brothers again.

Exceptional work, I was very impressed with their services. I had to get my whole rear window replaced and a lot of damage fixed around the steering wheel. They returned my car in mint condition and it looked almost better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend taking your car here for any work that you need done. Excellent customer service as well!

No one really wants to go to a body shop, but have to instead. I have had certain issues over the years and really disliked going to get them taken care of.... not pleasant., but it was not until recently, when my Honda place referred me to BB for a repair needed.
One repair was done expeditiously, and the price was adequate, but the service type, I have never seen or expected in a body shop before.
Both Steve and Sean, the co-owners and Luis, are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In 2 other similar instances recently, Sean himself looked and did a bumper adjustment quickly and efficiently. Very nice and courteous, like I said before.
If you Have to use a body shop, don't think twice and head over to Brown Brothers on Roberson!!!!!
