Peter is very professional and knowledgeable on both the type of lock to use and installation. We could not ask for better service. His advice on the use of a mechanical smart lock on our outdoor side gate was perfect. The installation of our front door electronic smart lock was also done with great professional including painting the door where the new lock did not cover the unpainted area of the previous lock. My wife & I were very pleased with the results.

After calling 3 other locksmiths I called Budget lock service. What a wonderful experience dealing with Peter. We had an emergency to secure my mother's residence. I am in Ontario, Canada and I expressed the urgency to change the locks on my mother's home in Arizona. With no hesitation whatsoever he drove 50 minutes away and was there as soon as he could be. I’m 72 years old with an engineering degree. That means I watch tradesmen do their work and ask too many questions. Peter is one of most professional, knowledgeable in his trade, personable, thorough, and patient service workers I have encountered. I was curious so he took time to explain what he was doing and why he choose a particular option. I was locked out of my home on a Saturday morning with all the keys inside. He arrived in less than an hour as promised. . He had the latest tools and knew how to use them so the work was done quickly and accurately. He was able to unlock the house/garage door with a key he made in his service vehicle in less than 60 seconds. Then he explained some helpful details about my front door keypad lock which was the original problem. Clearly, I would recommend Peter for any lock-related service. Plus, he is a general, all around good guy.
