I bought a house back in January. I met with Jake on February 23 2024. There was no recess lighting throughout the whole house. Cactus Valley electrical installed 40 recessed, lighting in my house and also outlets. The job was suppose to take 2 weeks. It end up being about a month and a half. I noticed things weren’t correct on the recessed lighting such as exposed wiring all over the house, also wires not installed correctly in outlets. The breaker kept trippin. In order to fit the recessed lighting he cut into my 2 x 4 and 2x6. CVE overloaded my electrical box switch lights with more wiring than the box required. Also made 78 holes in my dry wall. Don’t use this company. It’s a joke. The owner name is supposedly J a k e but when you go online, he’s not even the owner. This company really messed up big time and now I am suing them

I experienced a partial electrical outage in my home recently. I did not have a contact for electrical work so I looked on the Internet for a company that serviced the Apache Junction area. I read reviews and decided to contact Cactus Valley Electrical because their reviews were all positive and the company has been in business for many years. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday, November 19 th. Angel and Aaron were my technicians. They determined very quickly that I needed three circuit breakers. Aaron took the time to explain everything to me. The installation went quickly because they had the breakers and knew what they were doing. The service I received from the office and in the field was excellent. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Cactus Valley.

I had a potential fire situation in garage light fixture, I'm 75 and have no issue with home electrical repairs BUT after looking into box on ceiling I noticed that builders had crazy wiring that was above my pay grade. I contacted Cactus Valley Electrical and within 2 hours notice they sent out Aaron and Angel to repair/replace fixture. That's unheard of! Both men were professional and good natured, explaining wiring situation. Price was very competitive and put our minds at ease. From now on they have my business.

Electricians Aaron and Angel were great to work with. They were on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Provided good information on a few things during their visit. Christina from the office was also great to work with. She was responsive and friendly. Quality work for a fair price. I'm satisfied with my experience with Cactus Valley Electric. Great service. Aaron was quick to diagnose and resolve the problem. Got straight to the point and helped restore service to our front bathroom area. Also let us know how he figured out what the problem was and how to resolve it. In addition to this, he was friendly and carefully listened to us to figure out the issue we were facing.
