The staff here goes above and beyond! We had our caliber in our truck go out on our way to Colorado and they drove all the way to Flagstaff to get our parts
The staff was very friendly and honest. We greatly appreciate what they have done and for letting us store stuff in their fridge while we waited so it would not go bad.

Wheel alignment with caster camber bolt 187.50$ I'd recommend getting the wheel alignment in Flagstaff. Alignment company will include the caster camber bolt readjustment included. My first drive I notice my steering wheel wasn't straight. I drove straight back an complained about a second wheel alignment. They go by STANDARD TIME not Daylight Savings Time.

On the way to Moab my jeeps sway bar bracket somehow snapped... saw this place on my way and stopped by. Staff was super friendly and were able to weld the bracket on the spot and got me back on the road in no time. Great service, highly recommend.

After braking down in Kayenta AZ took my son's car to Cal's Automotive after seeing all the great reviews. They checked out my son's car, did tests and couldn't find what the problem my son had. They gave us great advice if it happened again and what to do, since it was running we drove it back to California with two incidents. The next day I get a call from Cal Automotive asking if we made it back ok and how did the car do? With this type of customer service they should receive 10 stars!! I thought it was very generous to call. Very honest man there, I mean he could have sad everything was wrong & charged me but he didn't. He gave us great advice and has a caring heart!! Thank you again and so glad to cross paths to meet!!

Besides the fight in the garage, which the manager cracked his whip and took care of it, this is a good place to take your vehicle for service. I needed my radiator replaced and the mechanic did it in no time. My truck is running better! Thank you Cals!!!

We are pulling out travel trailer across America from Eastern NC. My Ram truck started making a metal on metal sound and I thought it could be brakes. We were staying in Tuba City on the way to Brice Canyon and Zion and had a schedule we needed to stay on. I went to Carl’s first thing in the morning and told them what my deal was. They said they could help. They diagnosed that it was indeed brakes, gave me a good quote and replaced my front rotors and pads in about 2 hours. WOW! John and Earl took care of me! Cal’s gets it done!
