We noticed a faint smell of gas in our son’s room and immediately contacted the gas company to check for a possible leak. They found multiple leaks throughout the house and had to turn off the gas until repairs could be completed. We initially reached out to Jordan on a Saturday for an assessment. He was transparent and supportive, staying in touch with us through phone calls and text messages. He recommended waiting until Monday for his team to conduct pressure tests to identify the leaks.

On Monday, Troy and Tony arrived to perform the tests and found several leaks both inside and outside the house. Unfortunately, one of the affected areas was beneath our front lawn, requiring trenching for replacement. A couple of days later, they came back early in the morning to continue the work, taking extra care to minimize any damage to our lawn. As the work progressed, they advised me to notify the gas company in advance so there would be sufficient time for testing and restoring our gas service.

Jordan and his team are reliable, experienced, and trustworthy. We’re grateful for their efforts in getting our gas service back up and running, especially during this heatwave!

New Year’s Eve morning, I woke up to water in my garage and a rusted out heater tank. I had to shut off the house water to get the water to stop. I had Cappello Plumbing come out twice recently for 2 different issues. Both times I was completely satisfied. The second visit was a larger job to replace valves in a shower/tub unit because there was no water flow. This required cutting into the plaster on the wall behind the piping and valves. When I came home from work I expected to be cleaning up plaster dust. But it was already spotlessly clean!! These guys are helpful and very professional. And amazingly clean.
