Emmanuel and Joe are two fantastic individuals who show exceptional expertise in plumbing and stellar customer service. They were incredibly considerate, performing their duties with utmost care and thoughtfulness, ensuring our comfort and ease of movement in a constrained area. They are undoubtedly proficient in bathroom renovations, and we will without a doubt be requesting their services again for our upcoming project. There are surely others at Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric who are impressive, but Emmanuel and Joe stand out as exceptionally delightful to work with and have around. They were very mindful of the fact that our house is small and that we were residing in it while they were working on the bathroom. I also want to acknowledge Manuel, our 'Comfort Specialist / Team Member.' He went above and beyond to ensure that the project was executed to our satisfaction. We had a minor hiccup with a small missing part necessary for the completion of the shower arm. However, it's been specially ordered and will arrive shortly for the job to be fully completed. Manuel is there to back us up and ensure that it will arrive and be finished promptly. Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric came highly recommended by friends who used their services, and we will certainly recommend them to others. They are a fantastic company to do business with. Our tub, wall, and fixtures source was also excellent. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I am thrilled with my new tub!

I reached out to Emmanuel when it was evident we couldn't manage the sewer line excavation at our hotel by ourselves. He promptly visited the property, assessed the situation in a professional manner, and provided a thorough and transparent quote for the repair costs. wow, so impressive! Russell came out, scoped the work, and explained the plan and reasoning in detail. i received an estimate from him either that day or the next - super quick. there was no miscommunication between Russell, who assessed my home, and the one who provided the estimate. the process was smooth. the suggestions they provided were comprehensive, not too much, not too little. i had three different queries before scheduling the job and it was incredibly easy to communicate with Russell who was familiar with the job. just a quick call away. direct communication. outstanding! he gave great advice for long-term solutions. the cost was very reasonable for high-quality work. being fully licensed and bonded was very important to me. they offered a smarter plan than other plumbers and at a much better price. top-quality copper, welding, water heater, accessories, and overflow tank too. in my situation, piping had to go through my downstairs neighbor's apartment to reach underneath my home and then outside. the installation crew, Manuel and Damon, were like a doctor and nurse team. they worked together perfectly and were fast and accurate. once they finished, Russell, who originally planned the work and provided the estimate, came back, explained everything to me, and we settled the bill. you will be very happy and have peace of mind with this team working for you. i feel lucky, you should too!

After numerous unsuccessful efforts and a visit from another firm, I decided to give Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric a call. They arrived promptly, identified all the problems, and managed to rectify everything on the same day (even having to come back later in the evening to solve one issue). They demonstrated remarkable professionalism, concentrated on the issues at hand, exhibited comprehensive knowledge of all the necessary repairs, and had all the required tools on hand to fix everything. Once the repairs were completed, they left the area spotless without any mess left behind. My day started with a functioning upstairs shower and ended with two fully operational bathrooms and a kitchen. I can't stress enough the excellent service they provide and the high level of professionalism exhibited by their staff, including Emmanuel, Manuel, and Russell.

I reached out to a plumbing service late Monday evening and spoke with Arthur about needing a new hot water valve for my kitchen sink in Altadena. Arthur quickly arranged for an early morning appointment the very next day. Damon showed up right on time and swapped out the valve in no time at all! I also had Damon inspect my water heater, and he gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. We arranged for the installation to happen the following day. Both Arthur and Damon showed up as scheduled and were punctual. They were incredibly courteous and professional, and they took the time to walk me through the maintenance of the water heater.

Just a week ago, our water heater stopped working and our basement was flooded! I immediately contacted Emmanuel, to see if he could replace our water heater that same day. To my relief, Emmanuel confirmed he could be there by noon. To make things even easier, he also offered to pump out the water from the flooded basement for an extra charge. This was a lifesaver, as another company had told me they wouldn't install the water heater until the basement was pumped dry by another company, which could have left us without a water heater for more than 24 hours! Emmanuel worked diligently and had the job done by 5pm. It was wonderful having hot water again on the same day. Special kudos to Emmanuel for accomplishing all this on an incredibly cold day in Altadena! We highly recommend this plumbing service!
