He showed up on time, we went over exactly what I wanted and he quoted me a great price and want to work... After completing the work he inspected my locks and found that two of my deadbolt locks weren't fully engaging (means somebody could have taken a sharp object and just pry them open). He said he could drill the hole deeper so that they could fully engage (and gave me another good price) or I could do it and he showed me what needed to be done. I let him take care of it, he cleaned up got paid and was out! Painless!

Awesome. I locked myself out of my house. After arriving from the airport I realized the house was secured by the security system and the doors were locked and I had no keys, no garage access and alone no one to call being new to Cave Creek. I support local businesses and decided to look up locksmith In Cave Creek.
Cave Creek Lock and Key to the rescue. Within 5 minutes the owner was at my rescue.

Came the same day I called, very skilled and fast. Many 1 star reviews from desperate and unreasonable "customers". I read a 1 star review from someone that wanted their car opened. Will use for all future locksmith issues.

Awesome guy, took the time to make me keys for an oddball lock, he could of easily said no, but instead finished the job and helped me out. will definitely use for any other keys and locks in the future. Thanks again Bill!! unlike other review, the owner gave a sh!$ and went above and beyond for my needs.

Called requesting a simple lockout service for a home apartment unit on Cave Creek x Union Hills. Provider hung up on me twice and on the third time, told me that "They do not help people like me" after telling them I was a AAA affiliate. Horrendously rude service. Never use. Will call a farther provider next time. Absolutely awful.

charged 275 before even starting to re key my 04 grand cherokee. when he was done the key made didn't work everytine and I have to have a 2nd key for door now.

The site showed open,when I called on Saturday he said he was only Monday thru Friday for 45 mins and he didn't sell locks just his laber!! I wish him the best best of luck!! But I personally won't!!

A good locksmith at a good price, amom and pop place. The guy comes off a little brassy but he's an oldtimer from Beantown so just keep that in mind but he doesn't mean to. Received good service at the shop. Very knowledgeable and skilled
