From start to finish our experience with Lowden Plumbing, Heating and Solar was amazing and extremely professional. The owner, Joshua Bass was very professional from the get go and was able to schedule us quickly and efficiently. Ryan, the technician who was sent, was excellent. Answered every question we had, was extremely neat and cautious and didn't leave a mess to clean up. Ryan was very thorough and efficient with his work and made sure to explain everything to us once he was done with his job. 5 star experience all around from Lowden Plumbing, Heating & Solar. our air went out right in the middle of summer and the tech was so awesome and QUICK— the unit is close to 30 years old and he was able to find us a new part and repair it! we are grateful the repair lasted us all season considering a whole new one was not in the budget for us at that time, thank you for helping us and doing the right thing 🙂
