I had issues with my hot water tank over the weekend. I'm pretty handy and usually can get things done myself but this time I was unsuccessful. I called Chris West Plumbing today 08/26/2024 and explained the issues I was having. The young lady who answered the phone took my information and told me that everyone was out on jobs but someone will be in contact with me. She was very nice and polite. It had to be less than 30 - minutes and received a call from Brad. He came right away, assessed the issue and presented me with a couple of options. Although I have been delaying it, the best options was to replace my water heater. These guys are competent, quick and thorough. They are very nice and polite. I'm very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
