Customer service above and beyond. Friendly staff (Justina, I hope I didn’t butcher her name!) who was able to schedule us promptly and following up with reminders of upcoming visits. We had a water softener installed and needed new cartridges in two of our bathrooms. Bobby came, assessed and explained what was needed. He came once all parts were ordered and boy what a wonderful job he did! Meticulous, detailed oriented and state of art work. See for yourself in the pictures below. Would recommend City Plumbing Services to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company that takes pride in their work and won’t rip you off.

Excellent service! I called and left a message and Justina called back in a timely manner! The appointment was set up easily the next morning! Bryant was wonderful! He came earlier than expected and took care of both of the large issues that we had. He explained everything that was wrong very clearly so we understood what happened and what the fix was for the issues! Will recommend to anyone that needs any plumbing fixes and will have the number saved for any and all future repairs!
