This wasn't the first time we had used Cliff's Plumbing. This time he installed two high rise, low water comodes. Did a fantastic job. We he finished the job, he had cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone had been here. Even wiped down the door he was using to go in & out of the house. What a Guy.

Called the business and had an issue. I was at work and Cliff came over and fixed the toilet (toothbrush was stuck just right at the bend where water drains). The service was quick and professional. Literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. The 1 star is for the amount of money Cliff charges. I know 2 other plumbers here in SV that will come out to your home for just about $60. Cliff charged me $115. I spoke to him about the charge because it is very high but he said that's what it costs. I understand and service was provided so, I drove over to his house and he wouldn't even come out for a hand-shake. He stood about 8 feet off behind a security door that you can't see through and told me to leave the money there.

I'll let you think about that part and make your own judgement about professionalism. Anyway, I highly suggest not using this person just because of the money. Also he appears to be selling his house right now. The way I look at it; I hope he leaves Sierra Vista. We don't need robbers like him.

I had the greatest experience with the fine folks over at Cliff's Classic Care Plumbing! The elder and junior Cliff duo who arrived to check out my water heater - which I naively assumed needed to be outright replaced - informed me that the issue at hand was far less costly; instead only requiring a new element, thermostat, and a flushing of the tank. Not only were they spot-on in their assessment (saving me nearly $1,400 when compared to a rip & replace), they even were kind enough to replace the drain valve without passing over the cost of the part. To really add to the level of quality service rendered, the elder Cliff even called a few days after the services were performed to ensure everything was working as intended. Truth be told, I'm usually a bit weary of strangers coming into my home, but these guys put those concerns to rest right from the get-go. These folks will be who I go to from here on out for any plumbing needs, and I'd recommend them in a second to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Cliff replaced our water heater and did a wonderful job. He had to replace some of the pipes that were not up to code and set our very large water heater into a not so large closet. He was prompt, efficient and very polite and his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We moved into town several months back to a wonderful little house that is perfect for our needs. That said, it was built in '04 and is starting to have some things that need fixing including plumbing.

I'm the kind of person that likes to find good companies to work with for a long time. I'm not into nickel and diming to save a couple of dollars. I prefer to pay a fair price to get it done right. I want to have someone that I know will do good work and I can count on for years to come.

I looked for a plumbing company based on reviews since we were new to the area and didn't have anyone for references. Based on that I originally called "our town name" Plumbing, Inc. I won't get into the details here as this is supposed to be a review for Cliff's, but it was not good and you can find my review on their Google listing.

So this led me back to the drawing board and I ended up calling Cliff's. For starters they are very friendly, on-time, honest and not a cash grab like so many in the industry. I can't stress this enough.

They've come out for a few visits and have been great. Wonderful service, great communication and very fair prices.

We ended up with one issue, but it was not their fault. A couple of valves that were installed had a manufacturing defect. Cliff personally came out the day after Thanksgiving to check it out, provided a temporary solution and followed up that Monday to fix it under warranty. This is the kind of service I'm looking for. Even if something goes wrong that was not even their fault, I know we will be taken care of and that means the world to me.
