Issac was great! He installed a tankless water heater and water softener for me. He arrived on time and was very accommodating to any specific request I had during the install — such as placement or configuration.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are extremely responsive, they got back to me in 30 minutes on a Friday night. For a weekend emergency water heater install the price was extremely reasonable. The technician Isaac was awesome, extremely friendly and polite. He worked quickly, cleaned up everything and was really enjoyable to talk with. I will use Coast Pluming again in the future for any and all my plumbing needs.

The company I work for recently hired Brett from Coast Plumbing to come and fix some issues we had with our two stores plumbing, and he did amazing! He was very polite and professional and got everything fixed in a timely manner. Paid 89$ just to get told snaking a clean out is 728$ with discount if you don’t have this type of money don’t call them. Price gouging at its finest. And I also leave five star reviews were they deserve to be recognized. Your employee did not offer cheaper options only one option at that price and mentioned he included a “ discount”now if he chose to represent your company in that manner by not giving me other options that’s his choice. I waited 2 hours in the middle of the day waiting only to get told one option to choose from. My review reflects your pricing not your professionalism.

Outstanding experience! Valentin was patient, very thorough, budget conscious, and explained every step along the way. He was scheduled for a 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm appt but was able to show-up earlier (11:00 am). I highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy.
