One week after the job was completed I have two cracks that Coastline says is normal and they don't warranty insignificant cracks. Everything I said below is true. However, I feel after paying $14,000 for the job, there would be more concern for customer satisfaction. They won't get my next job. Customers are happy with final results more than the process.

See above recent edit...Coastline has the winning combination of owners and crew. I am very impressed at the skill level of each of the crew members. Each of them strives for perfection and customer satisfaction. I enjoyed working with Raymond who kept me informed and watched over the project from start to finish. He is respected by his crew so they perform up to his standards. I will use them again for future projects. They removed old concrete and grass from my back yard and poured 1600 sqft of new concrete in two days to perfection. Thanks Raymond.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! Bill, the owner of Coastline, is the most outstanding professional I've worked with, ever! I was 6 months into my search for a contractor to re-do our very large driveway full of cracks, dips, and rainwater drainage problems, when a friend recommended Coastline. Bill gave us an easy-to-understand description of the work involved, an estimate that was almost half what the other contractors quoted, AND where we were told that the job would take at least 7 days, Bill said he could do it in 3 (which he did!) His crew of Daniel, Ray, James, Jorge, Javier, and Erik was led by Luis, who did an excellent job of communicating everything to us as the job progressed and making sure that we were happy with the work, every inch of the way. They made sure that the site was safe & clean at the end of each day and was very courteous & detail-oriented. I was especially impressed when they made absolutely sure that the concrete was smoothed out perfectly for the final finish. I've seen other driveways where this was done too quickly and the finish came out looking uneven and bumpy. Our driveway now looks like a piece of art!

I highly recommend Coastline to everyone. You will be blown-away by their high level of professionalism! One advice though: They are usually booked months in advance so call & book them early!!

This is the second time I have used the company and both times they were reliable, professional, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. They were here on time every day, finished the job in the amount of time promised, and stayed within our budget. It looks great! They pay attention to detail and do things to make the job look finished that even I wouldn't have thought to do. After each day they clean up the mess that has been created during the day and all of the workers were polite and helpful. They tolerated my dogs and worked tirelessness from 7am until sometimes after 6pm trying to get the job done on time. It looks great. Raymond was patient with us when it came to closing our pavers, etc. and helped us make good selections. Would recommend and use again!

I first found Coastline Masonry online when I searched for hardscape services in the area. I decided to have them out for an estimate when I saw the great reviews they received from everyone online. I was looking to take out a lot of old, run-down hardscape and replace it with a more updated design.

Bill came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time, very professional, and honest about his recommendations for the job. His price was very reasonable, and I felt very comfortable going forward with him after we met. The company stayed in touch as the project got closer and we scheduled an exact start date. Bill quoted me at about 3.5 days for the job.

Well, they just finished yesterday after only 2 days of work! The project came out great, and I couldn't be more happy about the finished product or the service I was provided. Coastline Masonry did a great job and the yard looks beautiful. I would definitely use them going forward, and would recommend them to anyone in need of masonry work. My parents were even so impressed with the job, that they decided to hire Coastline to do their yard next week!

I needed a front patio/courtyard and a short wall for my house in Long Beach. After some calls to a few companies, I stumbled upon Coastline Masoney. They were prompt with scheduling a survey and quoted a fair price. They were available to start within about 3 weeks, and claimed to be able to complete the job within a week.

They called and said they'd be ready to start a week early. Cool. Bill, Ray and the crew arrived and went over some final design ideas. The crew was quick and efficient. Demolition had begun while we finalized the plans. A week later, about 450sq ft of crusty grass had become a smooth looking courtyard with a clean privacy wall. They also poured two small planter walls, new front steps and pathway step/slabs. Everything looks great. I couldn't be more satisfied and I look forward to working with Coastline again.

Hired Coastline to replace a worn out driveway and damaged concrete steps. Bill was the only guy to turn up on time to get me a price. After getting other prices and going through bids decided to go with Coastline. I ended up also getting new brick planters and even have Bill coordinate getting a new front lawn and sprinklers installed, so I had only the one point of contact when all the work was done. The crew turned up on time, on masse, had all their own equipment, did what they said they would, when they told me it would be done, and cleaned up everyday. Bill kept us appraised throughout, updated on events, and was always there to provide helpful hints, tips and advice. Punctual, Professional and Perfect work. Highly Recommended!

Bill and Coastline did an AMAZING job! They built a front patio seating area with a privacy wall and tore out existing concrete steps and redesigned the steps. The job took two days. The job site was clean and free of any construction mess every night. We cannot say enough about Coastline!
