I have had several occasions to have body work done on my vehicles, from minor to major repairs. Each time "College Collision" was quick and accurate with an estimate for my State Farm Insurance Company. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was updated often on the progress of the repair. Once the parts came in, the repair was done within days, so a very timely manner. The outcome, - the finished product- was VERY good.
Not long ago, my husband had an issue with buffing swirls on the new paint after a repair. The staff at "College Collision" were quick to make the time for the correction. In a wind storm a 50 ft. spruce tree top fell across my husbands "special, summer only pride and joy." The Insurance Co. wanted to total the vehicle but my husband couldn't and wouldn't think of it. When we got the car back it was amazing!
So College Collision truly does do great work and at a fair and reasonable price.

I won't be taking my vehicle back in the future for repair work. Trim and body work were poorly completed and a good chunk of it had to be redone. The decal had significant bubbling and I was told that 'bubbles evaporate out over time' - I'll probably end up redoing it myself. I've applied enough decals to know that's not even remotely true. I got the impression that they don't take pride in their work. Maybe it's just because it was an insurance claim but I can't recommend them based on the work they completed.

Have had issues after issue since taking it here not to mention my car was given back to me with multiple new scratches when I pointed them out Russell told me it was a used car. I have multiple pictures from before it was taken in. They replaced my windshield and it has been whistling ever since due to large gaps at the top where it is not sealed. My alignment has been off even though they told me they got it aligned. When I asked for alignment paperwork they could not produce it. If you are looking for a repair shot I do not recommend taking it here. After months of dealing with this I am taking it to the Toyota dealership to have it gone through properly.

We went in with an older vehicle (78 Suburban) that was in a minor accident.
We were politely told they couldn't do the work. Frame was slightly bent and their frame straightening machine would not handle it. First time we were told why a shop couldn't do it rather than the excuses of "I'm booked this month, try next month".
He referred us to Joe Lee who had a larger frame machine.

5 stars for polite and courtesy!

I took in a 2022 Silverado that had been smacked by another car. The work was absolutely beautiful - it looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealer lot - and they even detailed the interior. My one concern was that the estimate was off by quite a bit, but the work itself was outstanding and I would definitely go back.

A fender bender brought us to College Collision. We were greeted with friendly faces, experienced timely communication, knowledgeable and professional staff, especially Nick, and popcorn that will have you coming back for more!!

Completely ruined my 2013 VW golf. Oil is coming out of my cylinder head cover, plus refrigerant and oil out of A/C lines. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. Took them 7 months to ship parts with cheapest shipping option THEY PICKED plus 2 months for labor.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!! Had my car for A little over 3 months To the point in which insurance Would not pay for a rental car anymore. Kept increasing the repair cost throughout the whole repair without reporting it to my insurance Very poor at keeping in contact and giving updates claim they were being helpful by giving us a loaner car. That Was a 40 year old car That would not start 2 days after we got it home We called them about it and they said they would send someone out but they did not I ended up having to repair the car myself to be able to drive it back to their shop. Just all around poor service and would not recommend to my enemy. Top it all off I took the car to get inspected by It's respected dealership and it was missing about your screws in clips and components.
