After a pipe leak destroyed my kitchen and it needed to be repaired, I decided to match my pedralbes flooring with the same type of terracotta tiles for my backsplash. Kursat at Country Floors handled my abundance of questions, pattern changes, sample shipping, and calculations with courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and promptness that is rarely found! I had a great experience this country floor and tile. We worked with Carolina, and she did her best to communicate with the manufacturer that we had a pretty tight deadline and arranged for the tile to come a week earlier- that might not sound like a lot of time to other people, but even that amount of time really saved our butts. And when we were short on tile, she made sure to have it sent up from Orange County and just took care of us handled everything smoothly and was a complete delight to work with. They have the best selection in town, hands down. Country floors will be my go to tile source from now on!!

Had a great experience working with Carolina, any time we had revisions or additional questions she was incredibly helpful and made sure that we made every single delivery deadline that my general contractor was pushing for. I had bit of difficulty in getting the order in time but overall had a good experience. Received the sample in time free of cost. Placed the full order expecting the delivery in 2 weeks but it took longer about 4 weeks probably due to some operational issue as the tile was in east coast and it had to be shipped to west coast.

Kursat Terzioglu was amazing and helped me through my whole remodeling process. I feel like nowadays it is becoming more and more difficult to receive great customer service but Kursat honestly went above and beyond what I expected him to do. Kursat helped me with various sample orders until I found what I loved, helped me to calculate how much tile to order (the person who installed my tile later told me the calculation was “perfect”- thanks to Kursat), he followed up with me regarding my delivery experience and to ensure the tiles arrived in good condition, and then followed up with me again once my project was finished! I will be working with Kursat again and again!
