Usually I don't post reviews, but I felt like Sean and his team really deserved the special recognition. I was involved in an accident with my Tesla Model X and was in need of a dependable shop to fix my Tesla. As you may know, it's hard to come across a trustworthy and reliable shop, as many others are full of headaches with bad service and takes long to repair the vehicle.

Sean and his team at Crash Empire are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Not only did they work fast with my insurance, the repairs came out amazing. They went above and beyond, and got my vehicle detailed inside and out looking like a brand new vehicle driving off the lot! I thought Crash Empire was only for collision but I found out that they also offer more services such as wraps, dash cams, and tints. I took my Kia Optima to go get it tinted and Sean was able to take my car in right away. I got my car back within a couple hours and the tints came out the way I wanted.

I brought my car in and they were able to take it in right away and start working on it. They worked with my insurance directly and took care of the whole process for me. Not only that but they were quick before I knew it I got a call saying my car was done. My car looked brand new! They even detailed it for me too. The service here is amazing. I went in for my front bumper and sides of my car that were caved in, and they took 100 percent care of it. I felt comfortable with leaving my car with them due to confidence they spoke to me about being able to fix my car. It was close to being totaled, but they were able to complete the tasks with no mistakes. They also made sure I understood that if there were any mistakes made, I could bring the car in and they would take care of it. I am in the knowledge that this place is a newer body shop and definitely recommend it for anyone who needs.

If you anyone has been in a car accident, I highly recommend to contact Sean from this repair shop. He provided me quality services and resolved all my problems and concerns. He was able to offer customized solutions and repair other damages irrelevant from the accident. He also kept me updated throughout the whole process from the day I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up. Sean was able to provide his rental car so that I didn’t have to go out of my way to pick up a rental car from Enterprise. After the repairs were done, my vehicle looked and felt in pre accident condition. I will definitely be coming here again for any car related problems.

Crash Empire Collision Center also rents out vehicles using the TURO app. I just rented a BMW from them and their vehicle had a lot of minor scrapes, scratches, dings, damage, had trash, old receipts and business cards in the middle console and in the side area of the trunk. When I let them know what I found their response was that it was fine and just to leave it. I told them I put the trash and receipts and business cards into a ziploc bag and will leave it in the car for them. No thank you from them at all or apology for the filthy state of the car and obviously not disinfected between rentals even though their ad on TURO says they wash and disinfect between every rental. The car also smelled bad like sour and the air freshener they used didn't cover up the smell.

After I parked their car in garage A1 of the SNA airport for the drop off they insisted I walk back through three terminal areas to repark it at A2. I asked them if they could just pick up the car from A1 since it's literally right next to it. So I reparked it.

The biggest issue is they have now claimed I damaged their car, and this is 2 days later after they already rented the car out after us!

I know for a fact that I did not damage under their front bumper like they are claiming. I am disputing this with TURO.

They obviously are dishonest people who rent out cars in dirty and damaged condition while trying to blame others for fix their damage.

Watch out and stay away from this company and anyone related to it! And do not rent from them on TURO!
