Worst body shop I ever dealt with used used parts and did not perform the work they were paid for passed it off kept telling me to bring it back why would I have to bring it back if they just did the job correct in the first place and not cut corners

I guess most of you on here are happy with this body shop because your vehicles are insured. I came in asking for a hail damage estimate and this old man with a nice smile on his face asked me if I got insurance. Once he realized that I didn't have insurance he said he got 2-3 more estimates that need to be written up (there were no one else in the office?). I was told to came back in about 1 hour so he can write me up. I trusted him and came back in about an hour later. This time I met two different old men and they asked me the same thing "do you have insurance"?. Once again I said no. They shifted their attitude and said they don't write hail damage estimates One of them told me to go get my glass fixed somewhere else (my windshield and rear window are broken) I was really pissed off but remained calm because I didn't want to be rude and disrespectful to the elderly. I stood up and walked out. Good bye D&J

I went to get my car fixed after a deer hit my car worst mistake. 1) I was told it was going to be done within a time frame it took longer. 2) When I finally picked it up I saw primer was still on bottom side of door almost half length of door. 3) retainers were missing from under bumper inside engine and the inside part of the wheel cover. 4) The light didn't match, the fender didn't match and there was a big dent you can notice. I talked to the gentleman in the front he wanted the car back to fix it I told him no. I took it to another body shop. When the car was fixed I was told they didn't fix the crash within the door panel they put Bondo and continue with the damage that's why everything didn't match from light all the way to door. If you don't want to waste your time and money go somewhere else.

Appointment made to drop off truck . No answer and gates locked . Very unprofessional . Go somewhere else.
