Very Professional, Richard and Issac have done great work and also explained everything in detail! Richard Called the water heater manufacturer in front of me to confirm what was happening with our water Heater which I assumed was the issue when I started to have no Hot Water and problems with our pilot light staying on. We ended up going with a new water tank after hearing parts could take weeks and more in cost from the manufacturer. They had availability the very next day and everything was installed correctly and is working great within 24 hours of calling DeHart Plumbing! I Would recommend to anyone who has water Heater problems in this colder weather with a family like I have. Thank you for you’re amazing service DeHart Plumbing!

We had a second technician come the next day named Justin and he was awesome also. He was able to get our furnace running. He also educated us on our future options. Not what we wanted to hear but it was coming. Plan out the future for sure. Dehart a great company if you need them. We’re satisfied customers.

These guys were great I even signed up for their membership. They cleared out my sewage pipeline. Drew was training a new guy so I bought the membership to give him a positive start. I"m in sales and these guys were very good. Their demeanor was well supervised. They double checked to make sure my pipeline was cleared. They did it fast. I was impressed.

The receptionist who answered the phone friendly and nice. I was given a window from 12pm-5pm to repair a shower cartridge. The technician arrived around 6pm with the most unpleasant look and attitude; perhaps he had a rough day. I told him what was wrong with the shower and I gave him my opinion about what could be wrong with the shower valve. He said it would be "500" and it would take him under an hour. The cartridge cost about 30 on amazon. I told him no thank you and paid $89 for his 5 min late visit. I realize that I am hiring someone to fix the issue for me at their cost but I think with the uncourteous behavior I did not want to pay this business 500. In fact I feel ripped off of my $89 dollars.

Matthew did a great job servicing our furnace today. Very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. There was an extra filter in our attic that he used to replace the old one. I didn’t even realize it was there. I definitely recommend using DeHart.

Had my second scheduled furnace maintenance scheduled for today. The first appointment was canceled last minute by Dehart. Today was scheduled for an 8 to 12 window.
Confirmed the appointment yesterday
Called and confirmed again during my window that they were still coming.
They said I was next.
They never showed up.
Zero regard for my time and zero communication.

I would pass on DeHart and call a company that’s actually gonna show up
