It's unfortunate how some companies advertise they are experts in a certain area , when clearly, they are not. Our $20,000 block wall looks like a 5 yr old built it. It's uneven, mortar is protruding out of most joints (except the numerous areas that should have mortar but don't), and a large portion of the blocks are chipped and/or stained. I'm not someone who normally leaves reviews but the money spent and the response we received when we mentioned the issues was truly unacceptable. First the "supervisor" came out and basically made excuses along with telling us to go around the wall with a scraper to get off the extra mortar. Second, a woman came out, maybe the owner, and all she had to say was something along the lines of-I guess I need to go over quality control with my guys, now where's your final check. Absolutely no customer service or care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was not home when this woman came over, my husband was, who is too nice and doesn't like to complain, to his own detriment. I wasn't going to get the wall painted but because it looks so horrendous, I have to spend another couple thousand getting it painted. But before that I have to go around and knock off the extra mortar or the paint will start chipping as all the extra mortar chips off. I have spent hours doing that and am still not finished. I'm not sure what has happened to the concept of taking pride in what you do or build but Desert Dreamco sure doesn't possess this behavior.

From initial estimate to completion of the project, this is a great company to do business with. My job needed to be completed under a short timeline, and it was no problem for this business to assist with that. Needed a wall partially removed and rebuilt, and other areas patched, all of which was done perfectly. Two day job. Everyone from the office people, the estimator, to the foreman Roberto and his crew, very courteous. Highly recommend this company.

This is our second time using Desert Dreamco. The first was for a minor stucco repair. This time we needed a block wall repair. We had a great experience both times. Customer service is courteous and responsive and Roberto and his team are professional and do excellent work. I would definitely use Desert Dreamco again for future projects.

I would highly recommend this company. We used them to raise our block wall and after a couple hiccups the job was above my expectations. If you’re looking for a turn key company to get the job done right give these folks a call. I got 3 estimates and glad i hired Desert Dreamco. Roberto and crew made this project look beautiful. I would use them again for any block work. Final outcome AAA+

Roberto is very prompt and professional. His workers are respectful and careful and they do quality work. I had hired Desert Dreamco to finish a wall in my backyard. While they were building the wall, they noticed an issue with the existing wall and alerted me to the problem. Had Roberto not seen this, I could have had an unsafe wall in my backyard. I'm grateful for Roberto's knowledge and I'm glad I had him doing some work for me.

Roberto and his team showed up on time and were professional and did a good job on extending our fence by two levels. You can tell that they are experienced and take pride in their work. As for their sub contractors who installed our gates, they were of good quality but the team was extremely late in showing up for the job. Would use Roberto's team again.
