The best plumbing company I’ve EVER worked with. From the boss himself who spent time with me on the phone going over the products that best fit my household, to the scheduling team that was very accommodating to my schedule for an install, Dignity Plumbing is a 5-Star company and I highly recommend them. The installer Austin, was an extremely polite and personable young man that made the in person experience a very positive one. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy whom was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy arrived to the appointment right on time, assessed the issue and informed us of what our options were. Not only did Jeremy complete the job in a timely manner, he also saved us money in the process. Dignity Plumbing is by far the most honest company we have had the pleasure of working with. I have had some plumbing companies that are flat out shady & provide false info to get upsells. Let me say, Dignity Plumbers was amazing. Resolved my issue at a fair cost, lower than I anticipated, and didn't try to tell me i needed to do multiple other things. Austin replaced my washer/dryer valves & even took the time to check my water pressure after another plumbing company told me my water pressure was excessively high and i questioned that based on their shady tactics. He fixed the issue quickly, he was funny, and i immediately trusted him. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.thank you! You've restored my faith that companies with integrity do still exist.

These guys are the pros. Had our water heater die on us over the holiday weekend, naturally. Called on Sunday thinking we'd leave a message for a callback whenever and Jeremy helped us on the spot. Got us a service call on the books for the next day (to our surprise) and Pete, our plumber, was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Dignity is first class all the way. We had a slow Slab leak and I kept putting off calling a plumber. I went to chitchat and Hadley gave you a great review. Found more reviews so we called and Estevan came over the next day. He knew we are tight for money and went through different ways he could fix our hot water pipe which was the issue. He suggested going the cheaper way showing his ethics but was able to save us from having to plaster so wound up changing the hot water pipe to I think it is called pex. Moises and Austin came over on that Wednesday and spent all day but not only fixed it but found another leak that would have gotten into our home and would have ruined our cabinets. They were so thorough and cleaned up. For 2 years we thought it was our water heater but it was the hot water pipe. They even set us up with financing! They are the best! We highly recommend Dignity Plumbing!
