The big box hardware stores were not able to make a copy of the key for my anti-theft hitch lock. A quick search online, and I was on my to Doctor Locksmith. After a short ride down Schillinger Rd. South, I was easily able to find the Doctor Locksmith location. The store appears to be locally owned and operated.

I walked into the front door and found myself in a comfortable waiting room. Turning to my left I came upon the customer service counter, behind which was every type of key and lock related apparatus imaginable. I was quickly greeted by the locksmith on duty. After explaining my situation, she assured me that she could solve my key copying delima. She got to work and had the keys ready for me in under two minutes. I also had some copies made of my house key, and the copies were high quality.

Although I made the trip to the store, my new locksmith friend let me know that they can also will come onsite for all your lock related needs.

My first time calling this locksmith on Feb 21st to get a quote on getting a key made and a key fob programmed because I lost my key fob at work. He asked me what kind of car I had and if it was push Start or a key I told him it was a key. He quoted me $100 dollars. I call back that Friday to get my key made and he told me that he would not be back until Tuesday to do the job. When drove up there Tuesday he wasn't there so I called him and he told me he couldn't do it and that I never told him what kind of car I had. I told him what kind of car it was the first time of calling him. He was so rude to me for no reason

Awful service I personally contacted someone one two weeks ago, made an appointment to have my mother corvette fob reprogrammed, the next day she called they had “no record” of the appointment I made. So she gets a guy out there says he doesn’t have the tool he needs with him.

Never show back up, thankfully 150$ was never paid for a service the ended up being blown off or no showed or ignored calls or acted like they’d never spoken with us before over the matter of two weeks.

Maybe now they will remember the key fob corvette c6 conversations.
Unreliable, not dependable 100/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend or a stranger.
