Doug was punctual, thorough, polite, respectful and conscious of cost. I found him pleasant and knowledgeable. I live in a 1959 trailer that is tired someone else had done some work and he was able to work around the workaround so the sinks drain, the pipes don’t leak and the faucet doesn’t drip and it shuts off. He was aware of funds being tight and completed the job with as little out of pocket as possible. I highly recommend Doug; especially in a small town where knowledge and dependability are very hard to find!

We had Doug install a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with that decision. We had a few challenges (none of the issues were Doug’s fault) but he absolutely stayed with the issues until the problems were fixed. That’s the very definition of integrity which unfortunately is in short supply these days in business. You can bet he will be my plumber of choice going forward and would highly recommend him to my family and close friends. Fret no more, you are in good hands with Doug Hall Plumbing.and he has very fair prices. Honestly, even though we had issues that he corrected and stuck with his quoted price made him an even greater value to me. He’s a class act.

5 stars !!! Doug did a great job for us. He is professional, honest, friendly and, knowledgeable. I had recently called another local company to unclog a sewer pipe. They did an incomplete job and the pipe wasn't completely cleared. They didn't have the equipment to verify the line was completely cleaned out. They wouldn't come back without charging me. AND, they charged me a lot on the first call!!
On a local recommendation I called Doug Hall Plumbing. Doug came out and completely cleared the pipe. He verified that with his camera he inspected the line with.
Doug's invoice was 1/4th of what the other company charged and his travel charge was less than half of the other companies travel fee. We are about 35 miles east of Payson.

So glad we found Doug. We went through several plumbers who either bid too high or did not show or call. Doug did a fantastic job, he showed up when he said he would and stayed until the job was done. It was a big job and we can’t thank him enough! Very reasonably priced too!
