Highly recommend. Doug replaced my old unit and was much cheaper than the other estimates I had. Very satisfied with the end result. BTW- the other guys will charge double for Freon R22 and such as well.

I realized Sunday morning that my air conditioner was not working. I called Doug's that same Sunday morning before lunch. He was very polite on the phone. He quoted me the service call fee and said he would be there after lunch. He texted me after lunch and said he was on his way. He arrived with his wife in a nice, marked van and was very professional. He had the bad part identified in less than ten minutes and the repair done in less than fifteen minutes. He even cleaned up the unit for me and checked the refrigerant level since he was already there. The cost was very reasonable, and they accept most forms of payment, including card. We had a nice conversation about sports in the area while his wife ran my payment. They communicated and were polite, on time, professional, and honest. I definitely recommend.

Doug's is outstanding! Doug's Heating and Air came out to take a look at our unit that was not working properly, and they made sure to take the time to walk us through everything that was going on so we understood and we're comfortable. Then after the repair, they stopped and showed us what to look for and how to keep our unit running like new. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to any friend or family to get work done! We will only be using Doug's for now on!!

Called this company earlier this week to have an estimate for repairs to my damaged ductwork, they set the appointment for today 08-26-23 at 09:30, we waited for hours and called several times with no answer and nobody showed up. Definitely won’t do business with a company that fails a customer…………

The company came out and installed a unit and ductwork for my home in 2014. Since the install, I've had no problems at all!!!
There's been a technician that has come out twice a year to clean my unit and he's always professional, cordial, and sometimes has a joke to make me smile. I love having people come to my home who are actually courteous and upbeat. If I ever have to get another unit before I leave this home, I'll definitely be contacting the same company. I was also very impressed with the short time frame it took for the installation! I would highly recommend anyone, who needs a new unit, giving this company a call!!!

I was driving down the road today and saw Doug driving and bored checked his reviews because I remembered I never gave mine, 2 years ago my ac went out mid summer 100 degree wrestler I had a friend who is a ac tech come out said he fixed it changed me , it quit working again that night . Next day I called Doug's I didn't have the money for the app I explained I didn't have it and I really needed it because my family was hot but I could pay him Friday. Doug wasted no time he was at my house in 2 hours found out when my friend came he over filled it could've told me anything I'd have believed him but he was super honest great to talk to and actually cared about my problem even though I couldn't pay that day. He said he would call and check in with me to make sure it kept working later and he did . Ac been doing great ever since. Very reasonable price. I see alot of negative reviews about small things I get it you were inconvenienced but you have to try to remember people are human you work hard loose track of time and things happen. I would send Doug ro my children's home or any family I recommend anyone give Doug the chance he deserves. Thank you Doug

It was Friday night, I came home for work and air was out. My house was already 80 degrees and close to 100 outside. Called Doug and he said be there soon. He was there within 15 minutes, found our problem (clogged air drain), told us how to avoid and now my house is cool. His team was very nice, respectful, and jolly! Thanks Doug!

Our experience with Doug was NOT a good one. Had to have him come by no less than five times in less than a year and ended up having to call someone else because the same issue kept happening. Also, he would tell us he would be coming by at a certain day and time, then he just wouldn't show up!! No call, no text, nothing! Days would go by and we would have to call him just to get him to come back and sometimes would still not even come by that day. Then when I finally called and explained how he was continuously a no show, I was told by his wife that we were not a priority at that moment. He ended up coming by that afternoon after that conversation and told us that he still would be coming by one last time to replace one last part. Doug never showed back up and we have never heard from him again. I have no doubt that Doug can do great work as I've seen in other reviews, but our experience was terrible and I would not recommend.
