Eli and his team from EB Painting did a fantastic job painting our 49 unit, 5 story condo complex. Scaffolding was built and he was always onsite to oversee this and ensure that it was done correctly and safely. Eli was very responsive, detail oriented and always communicated with the residents as he prepped and painted their balconies/patios. We used EB Painting 9 years ago, and were once again pleased with the results. I highly recommend this fantastic team for your painting needs!!

We called EB Painting for a quote on our personal residence in Beverly Hills and Eli responded immediately. On the next day, Eli showed up and did the job walk with us .Eli showed us hundreds of photos & videos of his previous painting projects. Eli also showed us the repair materials he’d use. We had the estimate a few hours after our meeting. The price was very competitive with the other bids. Prior to painting, they prepared us Color samples to choose from. When it came to the job, his crew was awesome. They were quick, clean and most importantly excellent tradesmen. Eli came to the job site a few times a day and always asked us if there are any concerns. Our house came out beautifully. They made it look better than the original paint. Eli recently painted the exterior of our house. Not an easy job as it is near the ocean and there was lots of rust to be dealt with. But it came out beautiful. I have hired Eli before several years ago and I was not disappointed. I have known Eli and EB Painting for several years. This company has painted several apartment buildings, mostly exteriors, ranging in size from triplexes to 75 units. In each case. I (and my clients) have been very satisfied with the work which was performed. The quality of the work is superior This can be seen in a variety of ways First, the preparation work is meticulous. Whether the property is newer or older, Eli's knowledge and experience of painting properties can be seen by how he plans, prepares, and then paint the property. He does not rush any job; he carefully plans how he is going to handle the smallest of details. And if he sees any potential problems, he will call the owner immediately to show him/her the issue which needs attention, and then explains how he plans to handle such a situation. Most important. because of the high quality job that is performed, the paint job looks superior for a long time. outlasting that of jobs performed by other companies.
And to say he is conscientious is an understatement. He is completely available for all residents, leaving notices, and even his phone number, to contact him directly if there is any problem or concern. Rarely would I ever receive a call from a tenant complaining about the paint job, or any question of the same. I would recommend EB Painting highly- they have proven themselves repeatedly.
