Just had Ebmeyer install a tankless water heater. I price shopped Home Depot and others. Ebmeyer was $100 cheaper installed and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. Home Depot referral kept creeping up the price and wanted to come out to inspect the job, which I knew would mean even more money.

Ebmeyers are locally known family renowned for their integrity. I would have paid extra to keep it local and work with someone I could trust. Fortunate it was cheaper than expected.

Brad was meticulous with his workmanship. Very professional install and looks great.

If you’ve never hugged your plumber, you’ve never worked with Brad. It’s a busy holiday week, but he still responded to our call for help rescuing our cat who was trapped behind the water heater. He efficiently disconnected and reconnected the water heater and did everything possible, even going beyond the scope of his services, to help us retrieve our cat. He was compassionate, kind and his prices are beyond fair. Other plumbers in the area quoted me 10 times higher than what he charged. A service call that ends with a hug and tears of gratitude… that’s a plumber who will definitely receive our business again.

Ebmeyer's Plumbing is the best in the Tri-City area. Brad Ebmeyer will call you back as soon as possible if you leave a voicemail. He shows up on time and does good work. He'll explain what he's done and how much it costs, which is less than others plumbers in the area. We won't ever use another plumber after two great experiences (toilet fix and faucet fix). Highly recommend.

Great plumber if you can get a hold of them. We've had someone from Ebmeyer's come and look at a problem before and he seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was saying. I called on Tuesday to see about him coming to fix my bathtub that is leaking and I was told he would be here between 2 and 4pm on Wednesday and he would let me know if anything changed. No one ended up showing and there was no additional contact made. Since then I've tried calling multiple times a day, leaving multiple messages, and even tried texting the personal number he gave me. It's Saturday now and I've still gotten no response. I'm really hoping he responds because he really is a great plumber. I just wanted to make others aware of this problem and I will update this post if anything changes.
