I was just reading other reviews. I have never had a bad experience. I realize any service is subjective. However, I wanted to make sure and leave a response on behalf of my experience. My grandmother purchased this house in 1956. We have often had construction or other activities happening where we needed to order dumpsters, or just call because we blocked our trashcans. This team ALWAYS helps. They are always friendly and accommodating. Lisa Duran is amazing. One time, we blocked the trashcans once, they came back. A family member pulled up and blocked them a second time. They still came back. Thank you for everything you do!

They give you run around. They don't tell you what to do at the beginning when you throw away like mattress. But they charge you very fast. Terrible trash company.

Horrible trash company. Complained about one of the drivers who spilled trash all over the street and didn’t bother to pick it up and drove away. He also didn’t take my yard trash from my green bin. These drivers are so lazy . They have broken many of my trash cans and don’t care. When I call for new ones I get told it’s from the trash truck and no it’s not. It’s from The drivers who break them. If they spill your trash or drop your can they will not pick it up. No matter how many times you complain they will not hold their drivers accountable.

I'm shocked at all the low reviews! I have called many times over the past year - to change our billing, to rent a bin and to order large trash pick up. And today I called for a large trash pick up and sent an email to order a new trash can because mine was damaged. I got someone on the phone within a few minutes hold and she was super friendly and helpful in scheduling the pick up. And my email was returned within an hour scheduling the delivery of a new trash can.

I have always found EDCO to have superior service.

I dont know how many times a month I need to call them because they missed picking up our trash. And when I do call them, they promise it will be picked up today or tomorrow but of course it never does. Then Friday (pickup day) comes and AGAIN one of the bin is not picked up!!! Organics just getting rotten for two weeks in the summer heat attracting bugs and rodents.

Called on Monday to pick up Friday. Two large couches, like I told them. No pick up, waited until evening, now too late. Have to wait until Monday to call and see what’s up. If too large, why not call or better yet, leave a flyer stating that. Website says furniture, not small, nor big, but furniture. Guess I’ll just haul it myself. Thanks

Can't get any answer from this business. Employees are not knowledgeable about CA recycling law. They increase our bill for 400%

Commercial Sector is not required to have recycling carts. Unless you generate 4 cubic yards (equivalent to 8 Carts) of trash per week.

*AB-341 requires all commercial businesses and public entities that generate 4 cubic yards or more of waste per week to have a recycling program in place.

Commercial Sector is not required to have Green** carts. Unless you generate 2 cubic yards (equivalent to 4 Carts) of trash per week.

Worst trash company ever. Always leaving trash all over streets. Too lazy to get out and pick it up. Leaves the barrels halfway in the middle of the street. We call and complain and now they’re further out in the middle of the street. If I could cancel them I would I wish I could give them a zero rating
