We just had a whole home generator installed by the Electric Doctor. We were completely satisfied with the entire process. They came to our house did a survey of our needs, provided and explained a detailed estimate, made several trips to the property planning and meeting with utility company and city inspectors and did the installation just as planned. Once installed the generator works great and does exactly as we wanted.

Absolute worst company to work with for generators. Would not recommend them to anyone. I have a big system powering my hog barns. Every time the power went out, my generator didn’t work. Electric doctor came out MULTIPLE times to “fix” it. Next time power went out, generator still did not work. The last time I spoke to the Electric Doctor was with the owner, Jeff, and he cussed me out saying it was my fault when in reality it was their fault they didn’t want to fix the problem on a less than 4 year old generator.

We had a good experience using The Electric Doctor for our generator. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. Our install team included Pat, Kurt, Grant, Zach, and Draven. They all work incredibly hard. As a team, they interact well and get things done efficiently. They bring positive attitudes to the job. I was particularly impressed with the positive manner Zach works with and mentors the crew. Kurt kept things moving efficiently, and Pat was always available to bring a fix to the more challenging aspects of the job. Grant and Draven had to work in the least favorable areas. Those are the attic and crawl space. YUK.. but they never complained and had great attitudes. They all worked so hard that I'm sure they don't need gym memberships! I would also like to mention Coethe, who was our initial sales person. He was great to work with. He is very responsive to any additional questions.... even after the sale is made! The owner, Jeff, also came to our job and let us know that we needed a new breaker box and that the old one was dangerous. He gave us the feeling that he really cared about his business and what he does, but also our family and their safety. I have one more thing to mention. And that is the ladies in the office who answered the phones and probably are responsible for the majority of the work that gets done at the office. They are so conscientious and well organized that they really deserve to be mentioned. A huge thank you from our family to the Electric Doctor is in order.... So, THANK YOU! We will recommend you to all our family and friends.

Pat, the Supervisor, came to address a partial power outage in our home and demonstrated a "Duty First" attitude throughout the process. He went above and beyond, ensuring that all our electrical issues were resolved and that the electricity was working properly before leaving.
