Ellis HVAC service providers were genuinely friendly and easy to work with. They provided quality service and I'm satisfied. My compressor and furnace were completely replaced in 2 days. I highly recommend them and I will continue using their maintenance services for the foreseeable future.

The service tech was good. Very friendly and professional. But communication has not been good. I can't get anyone to call me back. Also, the service tech told me there were problems with my duct work that need to be fixed. But then they told my warranty company that everything is working as it should. It clearly is not. So now I have to get another company out here.

Both the person who called to schedule the service and the technician were extremely professional and polite, and our claim was resolved in no time at all. Both Caleb and Landon have been wonderful! Very polite and respectful, they both took the time to explain the problem and discuss the options. Unlike other companies that my home warranty assigned, Ellis thoroughly evaluated my HVAC unit and found the problems without immediately trying to sell me a new unit. Scheduling was great- they were able to see me promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this company- they are truly good people who take pride in their work.

DO NOT USE. Home Warranty forced me on to this company in May of 2024. Of course they said was a compressor with a charge of 714 $ for additional installation. I never was called by Ellis. I called several times and did not get a call back. I had to engage the warranty company for updates. 30 days later they finally came out to install. They did nothing extra for the 700$ bucks. The unit went out again about 4 weeks later. We called another Hvac place out, come to find out Ellis by passed the breaker for the unit and wired it directly. It burned up our new compressor, burned the wires to the main and fried the main board. Do not use this company.

It took a long time before they could fix it due to a shipping delay of a particular part, but I dont have a problem with that, the most important is thats it is fix now.

Do not hire this company! I made a home warranty claim on August 29th, 2024 for my air conditioner being out. First American Home Warranty hired Ellis HVAC to come out and look at my AC unit. They determined that it needed a new compressor. The tech explained that it could take a while to get the part delivered. Ellis HVAC received the new compressor on October 2, 2024. I have made numerous calls to Ellis and First American and Ellis HVAC has not even made an appointment to install the new compressor. It is now October 21, 2024 and I have not heard from Ellis HVAC. If I could award negative stars, I would. I have never experienced such bad service from a company in my life. Again, do not hire this company to work on your home, they are beyond unreputable.
