Professional, courteous and helpful front office. Body and paint shop...excellent. I've used this shop 3 previous times and the work has always been perfect. Highly recommend this business.

Would not recommend this place! Got rear ended and the insurance recommended me there. It took them 2 in a half months to get me in. When dropping it off I tried to tell the guy my gas was leaking cause I didn’t see anything written on the paper about it (which I told the insurance company) and he interrupted me and said “I’ll find in when I strip it down”. Then I had to wait 2 more weeks after I took my car in because they ordered the wrong bumper then another 2 weeks cause the right bumper they ordered was broken (which the broken bumper was not their fault). I went and picked it up and the gas was still leaking and when I called them they said they didn’t know the gas was leaking but bring it back in and they’ll fix it. Then I got a call today telling me that they can’t fix it cause they don’t think the wreck caused it. I’ve had this car for 2 years now and have never walked outside and seen a big gas puddle under it or smelled the gas in the car until the next day of the wreck! When I got the call this morning they said it was something wrong with the hose then when I picked the car up I was told the pump was going bad and then told me they just called tech-support and didn’t even have the right size lift to put my car on, so they didn’t even look at it!

They did an incredible job on repairing my vehicle after I hit a few deer. They did take a little longer than they stated they would but that would be the only thing I could say that I didn’t approve of but it wasn’t entirely their fault either, a holiday weekend fell into play there. I would recommend them to repair any vehicle I ever own and the front office women were so friendly and kept us informed during the whole process. Thank you!

My wife and i have a 7 year old, non verbal, autistic son and he can be hard on his car door. Our son pulled the inside door panel almost all the way off the door.
My wife called Erich k's to find out a price for the repair. We were asked to bring in our vehicle for the shop to get looked at the door.
Once at the shop, the crew took over and repaired the inner door panel getting it re attached to the door and didnt charge us anything to fix the panel even though i offered twice to pay for their time and materials.

Definitely the best collision repair shop in North Vernon. Works very well with your schedule, works efficiently, and some of the nicest people i’ve ever met! Definitely recommend for all auto repair needs.

Quick turnaround on my total loss vehicle. Despite the Tha ksgiving holiday season still inspected the vehicle and deemed it a total loss In a timely manner. Not happy about the total loss of a vehicle but Company did their job in a timely manner
