The service is outstanding! Fair goes above and beyond to make sure you hit the road again safely. I have hit not just one deer but 2 within the same year. One in January and one in June. Both times they completed my car 2 days before the estimated time. They are very professional and make you feel like family with their customer service skills. Dealing with Fran and the folks at Fair Auto Body was a good experience. I'm very happy with the work they did as the mirror looks like new. I will use them again if the need arises - hopefully it won't, but I'm happy with the result and the price I paid was fair compared to having the dealer fix it.

I had the greatest experience with the entire crew of Fair Auto Body in Highland! I only needed minor paint touch up, I thought, so I took it to Fair Auto Body to be looked at. Well, it was discovered that my plastic bumper was not painted correctly and would have to be completely redone. The owner looked up the most affordable option for me since I was self pay. From the time of the estimate to the day of pick up, Fran made sure to keep me updated through the entire process! She was always so nice, helpful and a pleasure to speak to! Fran went above and beyond on making pickup after hours possible for me. If you want good quality work, friendly and informative staff, you want Fair Auto Body, hands down, the best!!!
