We had a back up, but we didn't know why because we had our tank pumped seven months prior. Dan heard I ran a home daycare so he came out to check what was going on after his long day. Turned out we had a blockage, he cleared it out for us and gave me some information on how to do it on my own next time (if needed). At the end I asked for an invoice and he said to not worry about it. I was so impressed with not only the kindness of Dan, but also the lady at the office who stayed in contact with me and commitment she made to getting someone out to us asap.

Incredibly rude lady who took my call while "driving and doing double duty" and told me she could send someone out the next day but that she would call me right back as soon as she parked. Two hours later she called back and she quoted me two different rates, questioned how I knew it would be a quick job and then proceeded to tell me that she didn't appreciate the way I was speaking to her when she was the one questioning how I knew it would be a quick job even though it was irrelevant. The price was per hour so whether it was a quick job or not is completely irrelevant. Extremely rude person and I will never use these people. If you're in the customer service industry you treat people politely and this lady was far from polite, for a secretary she was a know-it-all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wow! Just wow! I called these guys for a quote and told them that my septic alarm has been going off. They came out same day for us and had everything taken care of! And besides having extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, they have THE BEST prices in town and offer military discount! I called everyone in town and they are the cheapest! I will recommend Fairbanks Pumping & Thawing to everyone I know!

After calling multiple places that jumped straight to "get it pumped and probably change the lift pump" we called Fairbanks pumping and thawing. They sent Dan, who quickly figured out we just needed the lift tube reconnected and a float replaced. He was very nice and so was Rebecca on the phone. The cost was about 1/5 what other places quoted. We won't bother calling any other company in the future.

I ended up noticing that our toilets weren't flushing correctly and first didn't pay much attention to it. But then noticed that during the day they would work correctly but by the end of the day they would start acting up again, so I decided to go onen up the hatch to the septic and see if I had a clog. Needless to say it was full of sewage and there was nothing I could do but call someone. After calling fairbanks pumping and thawing they said that it sounded like we just needed a pump since it's been about 3 or more years we've had any service. They had a truck at the house within a hour. He was able to pump out the septic tank with no issues and this seemed to resolve the issue.
I'll also add that the gal that I talked to was very nice and explained the charges before the truck arrived. I also explained that my septic was a little over a 100 feet away at the back of the house so they made sure the truck had enough hose to reach. Well be dealing with them for future service

Rebeccah was the young lady I spoke to on the phone, she was so polite and courteous. We had an issue with our pump. We as well he called another company that said, our pumped was burned out and we needed another one. That company had us over 2k to replace the pump and etc. Rebeccah set us up with Dan and let me tell you. Dan came out here pumped us out, pulled up out pump, cleaned it up and found that it was working just fine. These guys are the BEST! YOU guys have a customer here for life! We had been without water for several days and they took care of us right away even though we are a new customer. We are extremely satisfied and will be calling them for ALL our needs moving forward! GREAT company, GET EMPLOYEES, reasonable pricing and they do NOT bait and switch you! Superior company! If you need work done I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank YOU Rebeccah and Dan

I called Fairbanks Pumping & Thawing to enquire about having our pipes unfrozen and although they were not able to come round (our drive is pretty steep and they don't have four wheel drive) & we ended up using a different company, I wanted to leave a review for Rebecca. It was so nice to have someone friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to for an issue like this. I can't comment on the price or quality of the eventual service provided, but the customer service was definitely the best I interacted with trying to get this issue resolved!
