They blocked my Driveway last night 75% with there tree trimming , fine , I was told I wouldn't have to touch it , wake up and it wasn't cleaned up , The problem Jacksonville Customer Service , we will put a ticket in and will be 24 hrs , No you are going to call someone now , what I said , I can't walk 400 feet up a steep drive to get home , This should have been ,priority if I can't go home. First Electric Jacksonville lady who lied and said she was suppervissor was a NASTY women , no apology just bad service , I asked for a supervisor for help , all they had to do was call their tree trimmers , ,Scratched up my vehicle and I tried moving it and was injured with blood all over hand , trees have thorns on them , First Electric failed at her responsibilities

A BIG Thank You to the First Electric crew in Benton for their speedy and efficient service! I called regarding a tree by the road in our front yard that the wind & rain had caused to precariously lean toward the powerlines & FE was there the next day to assess & solve the problem! A BIG shout out to the county too who collaborated with FE to ensure the road ways, ditches, & my yard were clear of debris!!! The only thing I regret is that I didnt know they would b there that soon, and I couldn't show my appreciation with homemade blueberry muffins and coffee. THANKS GENTLEMEN!!!

Third day in a row that I've called them regarding a tree that's fallen on our feeder line. Every time they say that a tech will be dispatched, but nobody shows up. Going to buy a chainsaw tomorrow and I'll take care of it myself, then I'll call an attorney about billing them for the cost
