Service Tech was on time, called ahead, and was attentive to all conversation. My original item I called in for service was quickly deemed to be working well. While here, the tech. did work on a different part of my pump house and was done quickly. Pricing was fair. I will absolutely call First Service the next time I need plumbing, or potentially a heating issue resolved.
I should add too, the initial call into their office to set an appointment, was also a very positive interaction. I don't recall the woman's name, but she was very nice and spoke well on the phone.....clear responses. Very attentive to the topic(s) being discussed and appointment was quickly set.

Communication was perfect; they even answered the phone when I called at 8a. These days, just that was worth 5 stars. Ruben arrived as scheduled, explained everything after patiently listening to me attempt to explain the problem. All fixed at a more than reasonable price. Wonderful experience from beginning to end with this company!

My 89 year old uncle had a problem with his propane water heater. First Service was able to respond the same day I phoned, and arrived earlier than they estimated. They were able to clean the valve assembly and get the water heater going again. Their technician was friendly and professional, and the price for the repair was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services again. First Service was a good choice.

First plumbing is excellent and professional. They come in the time period that they tell you they will come and they actually show up. They're polite, respectful, and friendly. They explain things to you in the way that you can understand. They tell you what they're doing when they are doing it.

Not a happy customer. I have spent over 20k over the last 4 years with this company. They do NOT stand behind their work. I had an all new well pump/filter installed and was told that they would come and do a free filter change in 6 months. That never happened. When I called, I was charged for the filter, plus a $250 charge just to drive to Gasquet. Next, a fitting failed, on their design, and I was charged for the repair, plus the $250. Then the pressure tank failed within 3 yrs. Again, I was charged for that work, plus the $250 driving charge AND a $235 pipe fee when dude only used 2 fittings and 18" of pipe. Next I paid 15k for a whole brand new septic system which they never came to finish picking up the mess and has now failed in less than 2 years. Now, I'm paying another company to come fix their work

My hot water heater was replaced and is operable. Unfortunately , I was charged $2,200.00 for a 1300sq. ft. M.H.
It looks like an inflated cost by nearly $1,000.00 according to several others in the field. Yes, a new plywood floor was needed and what looks like a $9.99 floor pan from Home Depot was installed. I wouldn't exactly know the cost of these items because I was not given an itemized bill nor the original product warranty papers. I was informed that if this new hot water heater malfunctioned, I would need to pull it out, put it in a box, and send it to the manufacturer.
I find it amazing that First Plumbing doesn't stand behind their own product.
Again, the repairman installed the water heater in the rain and all, but I find it disappointing about the pricing and lack of paperwork and standing behind their own product. I did receive an immediate bill online, which I paid on the spot, before repairman left. I also texted this information twice to First Plumbing with no response.
