Did after-hours pick up, only to notice severe panel gaps. I brought it back and they tried to tell me that it was already there and that they need to check the before photos. After checking, they said I was right and that they need to order another part which will come in 3 days. I was unhappy but there was nothing I could do so I returned home.

It’s been 2 weeks since I brought it back to show them and not a single call since. I called twice during that time and they kept saying that they would call me.

Avoid brining your Tesla here, more updated info to come.

Overall good experience.
They changed my Tesla bumper nicely.
We stop by during the repair and they showed me the car being worked and explained me in detail.

But the front personal kept asking (rude) on the phone how much amount check I received from the insurance company, that is something between the insurance company and myself.

Carlos was amazing throughout the entire experience! He contacted the insurance company and got them to approve the repair estimate in a few days! The repair took 5 business days and I had my car back in ONE week! I will refer anyone and everyone that needs car repairs to Carlos and Fix Auto!
