One of the best body shop I’ve ever been to. It was very positive and pleasant experience throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. Front desk staff is Super nice and Vimal really went out of the way to Help in getting my car repaired perfectly and on time. My tesla rear looks more better than it came out of factory when it was new. Best quality body shop in whole valley.

Literally the best place at least in the 209 area that you can get your Tesla repaired. I did very thorough research on were to get my Tesla repaired. Read all the bad reviews for every Tesla certified auto body shop in the area. No shop is perfect and no matter how good they are they are all bound to have a handful of bad reviews. But when you compare the bad reviews of this business to other ones you will see that they are actually very minor complaints and you can’t please everybody no matter how hard you try. When you read bad reviews from the other places it’s mostly nightmare scenarios. The other places will keep your car anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months until they get the parts in or unless they have a huge backup and not enough labor to get to your car in a timely manner. At Fix auto city center in Modesto I took my car in for an estimate which only took like 5 - 10 min and told me that once they get the parts in then I can take my car in. They told me for example, that if the replacement glass arrives broken they don’t want to keep my car longer than they have to since they will have to order another new glass, wait for that one to arrive, which means the customer will be without a car even longer and might have to keep paying for a rental even longer. Even when they did receive the parts which only took a few days, I didn’t have to take my car in that exact day. They were flexible and gave me a few days to turn it in if need be. Other shops don’t care and will keep your car even if they don’t have the parts yet and will get to it when they get to it even if they are backed up. Everyone treats you like a million bucks here. They don’t judge you and are very friendly people. They send you daily reminders to keep you up to date on what’s going on. Also please don’t take your Tesla to one of those official Tesla collision centers.They hire just anybody and train them but this means that you are getting very inexperienced technicians to work on your car. They will rush through all the work since they are always backed up with all the teslas coming in daily. The official Tesla collision centers don’t have a reputation to worry about since they work under the Tesla umbrella and tend to be rude most of the time and there will be a lot of miscommunication. With the official Tesla collision centers you also just drop off your car and don’t communicate with anybody so who knows if everything will be addressed and repaired correctly and this can create a very frustrating headache inducing experience. This business has built a strong reputation for themselves over the years, are personal and really care about all their customers. They are also a Tesla certified repair center with proper training. They hire very experienced repair technicians. Almost forget but when I took my car in they told me it would take about a week but actually got done in 5 days. It took me an extra day to actually pick it up since I was busy but they were more than happy to keep it until I was ready. They also cleaned the interior/exterior and charged my car to 100% when I picked it up. Finally I think that’s it sorry for this long review in case anybody is reading but hopefully I provided you some very helpful and insightful information to help you make your decision on were you will get your car especially a Tesla repaired at. Highly recommended this place though if that wasn’t obvious enough. Hopefully nothing happens to my car again God forbid but if it does well I don’t have to think twice about were I’m taking my car.
