We had a major backup in a front patio drain during a torrential rain storm. Called Flood Bros at 10:30 PM and they told me someone would come between 11:00 and 2:00 AM, even sending an email confirmation.
At 12:00 I receive a call from someone who tells me that the plumber w/ the hydro jet is asleep and not answering his phone. So, who is this other person? Maybe a salesperson or estimator which is NOT what I need as water is rapidly flowing toward my front door.
If you advertise 24/7 emergency service and schedule it with a client, just show up and do the work.
Flood Bros is not the only plumbing company to send what are obviously salespeople before
actually having a licensed plumber and the right equipment there at the needed time.
The person I spoke with offered to bring a pump for $365.00. Then I could pay another $900 to $1200 for the jetting when the right plumber
was available. Fortunately I had a pump. And I appreciated that he made a great suggestion. But, otherwise, this situation was ridiculous.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Flood Brothers Plumbing and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. I had a serious issue with toilet paper and human waste backing up and covering my front porch from the pipe leading to the street sewer—a problem I’ve unfortunately faced multiple times over the past few years.

Brandon, who handled my service, was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He began by snaking the pipe and showing me photos of the blockage, which really helped me understand the situation. I decided to have the pipe cleaned out with a hydro jet, and they returned the following day to complete the process. During this, Brandon discovered a broken pipe and made sure I was informed every step of the way.

The next day, while I was at work, the team came back to dig a 4x4x4 foot hole in my grass and repair the broken pipe. They documented the entire process with photos and completed the repair with a 5-year warranty. When I came home, everything looked perfect—you wouldn’t have known such extensive work had been done.

Brandon’s attention to detail and excellent communication made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Flood Brothers are truly the best for plumbing, and I highly recommend them!

I recently had a difficult plumbing issue at my house in Valley Village, and found Flood Brothers through a Google search. They had far more customer reviews than any other local plumbing service, so I called in and booked an appointment — for the next day, since it wasn’t an emergency situation.

The first thing that tipped me off that I’d found a good company was that Brendan and Philip actually arrived when they told me they would - Brendan texted me in the morning to let me know they’d arrive between 9:15-930, and they got there at 9:20. They proceeded to do a full walk-around to understand the issues, and were quick about providing an estimate services, with helpful explanations of what each line item involved. They found major clogging issues that I wasn’t even aware of.

After I approved their estimate, they came back to perform all of the work that same day. The issue was solved within about 4-5 hours of them first showing up (it was a pretty involved service). Paying was quick + easy, handled with an online invoicing portal.

I had a question about one of my sewer lines the following day, and Brendan took the time to come by and check on it for me — free of charge.

I’ll definitely be calling this company next time I have a plumbing issue.

Jerry is great. He’s old school, no BS, straight forward. He won’t charge you for taking a look at and assessing a problem, will tell you honestly what your options are and never pressure you to do anything.
