This is not your typical review. I still want to give a shoutout to Forster Heating who partnered with Lennox Heat & Air's "Feel the Love" program in providing a new HVAC system to an organization I have long admired: Kitten Central NorCal. Penny, the founder, has singlehandedly changed protocols in the care of neonates with an unbelievable success rate. That Forster Heating chose to participate in this wonder act of charity reflects their devotion to integrity which, I have no doubt, translates into the work they do for their clients the community at large.

Flooded our home by back pitching a drainage pipe for HVAC. Forster tech came out and agreed prior work by Forster was poorly done and lead to flood, even have it in writing. Company had nerve to charge us for that visit. Multiple calls to company owner, insurance and lawyer go unresolved. Lawyer claims they are not at fault bc they are not plumbers but admit they installed the pipes. Lawyer was derogatory. We are left with bills in the thousands because their tech poorly cut into an existing line and back pitched it rather than ran a new line with correct pitch.

Professional, friendly and thorough!
UPDATE-12-31-24 Forster continues to be held in the highest regard by me. Adam came out today within hours of my call. My heater was blowing cool air. Adam got it back up and running properly. I highly recommend Forster Heating and Air for your HVAC needs!

Couldn’t be happier with their service! Our AC went out on a heatwave and Forster was able to come out to fix our AC next day! The technician, Adam, was great! He had the part needed and was able to repair on the spot. Thank you for great, fast, friendly service.
